Sign up for our portal to get easy access lab results, immunization records, paying your bill and more! InteliChart Patient Portal

Step 1. Go onto our website Camelback Pediatrics and click on patient portal in the top right corner.
Step 2. Select Create an account, enter email previously given to our practice and create a secure password.
Step 3. Call us or stop at the front to get pin emailed or texted then enter when prompted to do so.
Step 4. Navigate the portal and see all that you have access to! Please sign up for the portal prior to your next visit with us!
